2025年9月16日,经广州市氢能和综合智慧能源产业发展联合会标准化技术委员会审议,《可移动式车用压缩氢气储供氢系统技术要求》与《可移动式船用压缩氢气储供氢系统技术要求》两项团体标准正式立项。

On September 16, 2025, the Standardization Technical Committee of the Guangzhou Hydrogen Energy And Comprehensive Intelligent Energy Industry Development Association approved the initiation of two group standards: Technical Requirements for Transportable Hydrogen Storage and Supply Systems for Vehiclesand Technical Requirements for Transportable Hydrogen Storage and Supply Systems for Ships.

本次立项的两项标准,由羚牛科技与战略合作伙伴牵头,联合业内多家学术机构及多家企业共同编制,标志着行业在移动式储氢技术规范领域达成了重要共识。

标准研讨会汇聚氢能标准化领域学术专家、技术支持单位及氢能企业代表30余人,覆盖储氢系统、氢安全及氢能船舶与车辆等多个领域。

The two standards were spearheaded by LINGNIU TECH and its strategic partners, with joint development from multiple academic institutions and enterprises. This marks key industry consensus on mobile hydrogen storage specifications. The seminar gathered over 30 experts and representatives from hydrogen standardization, technical support, and enterprises, covering hydrogen storage, safety, vessels, and vehicles.

Li Yingqing, Executive President of the Guangzhou Hydrogen Energy And Comprehensive Intelligent Energy Industry Development Association, delivered a speech.

李迎庆会长表示,本次立项的两项团体标准,旨在从技术应用上探索氢燃料电池汽车与氢能船舶采用“换氢”模式,构建更完善的氢能利用生态。该标准有助于企业降本提效,推动氢能应用规范化、规模化和标准化,提升产业链创新力与整体价值。未来两项标准实施后将进一步增强氢储供系统安全性与适用性。

President Li Yingqing stated that the new group standards aim to technically explore a "hydrogen swapping model" for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and vessels, helping build a better hydrogen ecosystem. They will help companies reduce costs, improve efficiency, and promote standardized, scalable hydrogen application—boosting innovation and value across the industry chain. Once implemented, the standards will also enhance the safety and suitability of hydrogen storage and supply systems.

东南大学专家魏蔚指出,当前氢能交通领域仍面临储运效率低与购置成本高的核心挑战。

我国正积极推动可移动式储供氢系统团体标准建设,借鉴换电模式创新提出“换氢”路径,实现储供系统与交通工具的分离租赁,降低初始投资与运营门槛。

该系列标准将有力加速氢能交通商业化进程,为构建立体化氢能交通网络提供有力支撑。

Wei Wei, Strategic Expert at LINGNIU TECH and Professor at Southeast University, noted that hydrogen transportation still faces key challenges including low storage efficiency and high costs. China is advancing group standards for mobile hydrogen storage, proposing a "hydrogen swapping" model inspired by battery swapping to enable separate leasing of storage systems and vehicles—reducing initial investment and operational barriers. These standards will accelerate the commercialization of hydrogen transportation and support the development of an integrated hydrogen network.
