Luo Bin first welcomed Jiang Xingxing and
his delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the development history
of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau, the basic business and
development status of the International Company. He also affirmed the
achievements made by the French railway AREP Design Group in recent years. He
stated that the International Company has achieved significant results in the
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area over the years, especially in the
field of urban renewal projects in Guangzhou; at the same time, it has deeply
explored the market potential of several countries in South Asia, the Middle
East, and Africa, and continues to build a new development pattern of

Jiang Xingxing believes that China
Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau has strong capabilities, and the
development direction and strategy of the International Company highly align
with those of the French railway AREP Design Group. Jiang Xingxing introduced
the current status of the AREP Design Group's business in France, as well as
the construction of landmark projects in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and
other places. He stated that the Greater Bay Area is a core region for the AREP
Group, with Guangzhou being a key focus city. He hopes that both the AREP Group
