Hailingfrom France, Mr. Croashas more than 20 years working experience in the hotel industry with a strong Food Beverage background, and spanning countries such as UK, Dubai and China. Throughout his career and since his arrival in China in 2008, he worked with various luxury brands including St. Regis and Conrad as well as different cities including Beijing, Changsha and Shanghai. Before his current appointment, he was the General Manager of the Westin Shenyang, where his excellent leadership skills and market insights contributed to the great performance of the hotel.
On his free time, Mr. Croas has a wide range of interests and hobbies, such as reading, workout, motorcycle and traveling. Influenced by his French culture background, he enjoys discovering and developing his extensive knowledge of food and wine. All these serves as a source of inspiration in his work and private life.
